The historic hospital site is to be further developed by locating residential-compatible, medical-oriented commercial uses and, in particular, by developing new, high-quality residential buildings. Thus, stores for medical needs, medical practices and one level with operating rooms will be realized in the building base. Above this, 14 residential floors will be built, whose floor plans will allow for different types and sizes of apartments and whose formulation will consistently respond to the location of the site.
